THE GAME
WE LIVE FOREVER (And We Love To Live) is a salacious transformation-horror RPG by Darling Demon Eclipse and IFeelOdd. for 2-4 players and a GM, made using the Powered by the Apocalypse system. Its heroes are sucked into a world of gore, glory and lust, and must please their terrifying hosts to make it to the other side without being terribly cursed.
In this wet nightmare of a game, you and your friends can explore the vile, sexy night-city of Vermidae and sate your thirst for blood, transformation and lust. Make sinister pacts, kiss big scary gay rats, lose your humanity, contend with mortal peril. Soon, you'll hardly recognize the thing you've become!

I dont know what the hell a "bug ass" is but it sure did get me interested in the game

THIS GAME FUCKS! Nasty and sexy in unison, I ever knew how much I wanted an eldritch-red-light-district-isekai. The moves are great, the zones/spots are evocative, the characters bleed charm/sleeze, and the Curses are delicious. With the right group of freaks, this game looks really fun.
